Located in Boynton Beach, Florida, Worldwide Ticketcraft is a customer-focused, service-driven leader in the ticket design and printing business. Since opening our doors in 1999, we've served regional, national and international customers of all sizes and industries.
In January 2006, Worldwide Ticket and Label acquired New York based, Ticketcraft, Inc. and merged both companies to form Worldwide Ticketcraft. The company produces hundreds of millions of thermal and digital products each year, including reserved seating, point of sale, season books and predesigned tickets.

Exact delivery is based on method of shipment. Time of year and complexity of an order may affect turn-around-time. During the months of February, March, September and October, turn-around-times could be affected due to high volume of orders being processed. Please check with your customer service representative for an appropriate delivery estimate.
All orders are shipped FOB from our Florida location. UPS ground service is our standard method of shipment unless one or two day air is requested to ensure a faster means of delivery.
We understand your order must be shipped in a timely fashion. We make every effort to honor ship dates and will inform you immediately if there is an unexpected delay on your order.

Erik Covitz was born in Boston, MA and graduated Hofstra University with a degree in Business Management.
Erik has over fifteen years of experience working in the ticketing business. As Company President, he looks forward to the challenge of bringing new ideas to the ticket industry. He is a member of Rotary International, Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity and INTIX. Erik resides in Boca Raton, FL with wife Debbie and children Jessica and Benjamin.
George Scher: Chief Operating Officer

George was born and raised in West Palm Beach, Florida and graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in International Business. He has been involved with the company from the onset and was working in the transportation industry before joining WWTL. George resides in West Palm Beach and is a big-time Florida Gator fan.
Mark Turner: Vice President of Information Systems

Mark A. Turner was born in St. Louis, Missouri and is a University of South Florida graduate.
When Mark joined Worldwide Ticketcraft in March of 2002, he brought over eighteen years of experience specializing in tickets, ticket printers and ticketing software. He began his career at Lasergate Systems, a company that pioneered barcoded ticket and wristband systems for the sports, entertainment, and transportation industries. Mark worked at Amusement Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and at Boca Systems as an Account Manager.
Duane Knox: Operations Manager

Duane brings to the table his tenure from the "East Coast Old School of Hard Knox". His formal background is in aircraft and marine composite product development and manufacturing supervision. One of Worldwide's initial hires, Duane has solid experience in all facets of the company's day-to-day operations. A dedicated team player, he is committed to Quality and Customer Satisfaction.
This devoted husband and father of four attends church regularly, and also volunteers with local Youth Sports programs.
Mauricio Lotero : IT Director

Born in New Jersey, Mauricio has ten years experience in the computer industry. He was raised in Colombia, South America where he began his career in computer programming and networking after graduating with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Eafit. He has since followed through in Graphic Design and production. Mauricio joined Worldwide in 2001 and continues to expand his knowledge to contribute to the success of Worldwide Ticket.
Marc Loomer : Digital Operations Manager

Marc was born in Sycamore, IL and graduated from Illinois State University with a BS in Business Administration. He is a seasoned executive with over thirty years of leadership experience in the print industry encompassing web and digital operations with Duplex Products, Wallace and RR Donnelley. Marc joined the company in October, 2011 and is excited to be part of the Worldwide Team.
Robert Caicedo : Director of Online Services

Robert was born in Colombia and graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Fine Arts and a degree in Visual Communications from The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. He has been in the graphic design and printing industry for over 13 years and prior to that was Creative Director at a Product Representative Firm. Since its inception, Robert has been instrumental in creating brand awareness, a strong online presence and generating revenue through our online and marketing channels which include Tickeroo, our online ticketing services department.
