Headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Worldwide Ticketcraft is a customer-focused, service-driven leader in the ticket design and printing business. Since opening our doors in 1999, we've served regional, national and international customers of all sizes and industries.
In January 2006, Worldwide Ticket acquired the assets of TicketCraft, Inc. and has merged both company philosophies and operations to form Worldwide TicketCraft. The New York facility continues to operate as the reserved ticket, offset division and our Florida headquarters produces hundreds of millions of thermal products every year.

TURNAROUND TIME
Exact delivery is based on method of shipment. Time of year and complexity of order may affect turn-around-time. During the months of February and March and September and October, turn-around-times could be affected due to high volume of orders processed. Please check with your customer service representative for an appropriate delivery estimate.
DELIVERY All orders will be shipped FOB from our Merrick office. UPS ground service is our standard method of shipment unless one or two day air is requested to ensure a faster means of delivery.
DEPENDABILITY We understand your order must be shipped in a timely fashion. We make every effort to honor ship dates and will inform you immediately if there is an unexpected delay on your order. If you find it necessary to check the status of your order, simply call our toll free number (800-645-4944) and our customer service department will be happy to assist you.
