ABOUT WORLDWIDE TICKETCRAFT Headquartered in Deerfield Beach, Florida, Worldwide Ticketcraft is a customer-focused, service-driven leader in the ticket design and printing business. Since opening our doors in 1999, we've served regional, national and international customers of all sizes and industries. In January 2006, Worldwide Ticket acquired the assets of Ticketcraft, Inc. and has merged both company philosophies and operations to form Worldwide Ticketcraft. The New York facility continues to operate as the reserved ticket, offset division and our Florida headquarters produces hundreds of millions of thermal products every year. Because all owners, personnel and machinery are located on-site in our 18,000 square-foot facility, our teams are able to work closely with one another and with our customers to ensure a streamlined process with results to match. ORDER FORMS Order forms will automatically be sent to you based on prior year order patterns. To receive additional order forms simply click here. TURNAROUND TIME Exact delivery is based on method of shipment. Time of year and complexity of order may affect turn-around-time. During the months of February and March and September and October, turn-around-times could be affected due to high volume of orders processed. Please check with your customer service representative for an appropriate delivery estimate. DELIVERY All orders will be shipped FOB from our Merrick office. UPS ground service is our standard method of shipment unless one or two day air is requested to ensure a faster means of delivery. DEPENDABILITY We understand your order must be shipped in a timely fashion. We make every effort to honor ship dates and will inform you immediately if there is an unexpected delay on your order. If you find it necessary to check the status of your order, simply call our toll free number (800-645-4944) and our customer service department will be happy to assist you. Erik has over fifteen years of experience working in the ticketing business. As Company President, he looks forward to the challenge of bringing new ideas to the ticket industry. When Mark joined Worldwide Ticketcraft in March of 2002, he brought over eighteen years of experience specializing in tickets, ticket printers and ticketing software. He began his career at Lasergate Systems, a company that pioneered barcoded ticket and wristband systems for the sports, entertainment, and transportation industries. Mark worked at Amusement Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and at Boca Systems as an Account Manager. His formal background is in aircraft and marine composite product development and manufacturing supervision. Luis began his technical career at B.A.S.S., a company that pioneered computerized ticketing in South Florida and was later purchased by Ticketmaster. He worked for Boca Systems in technical service for sixteen years and left to start his own company in Latin America, Tag Systems USA. Luis is currently involved with the Worldwide Ticketcraft printer development team, sales and technical service, and continues to oversee his company in Latin America. He was raised in Colombia, South America where he began his career in computer programming and networking after graduating with a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Universidad Eafit. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Graphic Design from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2005. Kelly has been with Worldwide Ticketcraft for five years. As the Graphics Manager of the Florida division, her goal is to provide Flexo-friendly options to our clientele. Kelly is a devoted wife and a proud mother of her 17 month old daughter, Alyssa. She is a strong supporter of the March of Dimes every year. Kelly looks forward to growing in the company and as a family in 2009.
