We're not sending out an RFP this year -- the consensus here is that we love working with Worldwide Ticketcraft, so we want to keep you as our ticket stock vendor. I am attaching the specs for this year as usual... Two years ago (the reason that endeared Worldwide Ticketcraft to us), Duane was able to produce a sort of custom color foil... I wanted to take a second to let you know how happy we are with the customer service that we received from Debra Lee. As far as setting up the artwork for tickets I am sure that this year we were a nightmare of a client. We did not have many very good pictures to work with and our schedule kept getting delayed. I know I was frustrated by the information I was able to provide Debra so that she could provide us with some good season tickets. But she always rolled with the punches and helped us get a product set up that is better than my expectations ever could have been. At the beginning of my career in professional sports I did not know what I wanted my team ticket books to really look like. Not having much to work with on this project reminded me of the beginning of my career in sports. But in my first few years I was lucky enough to work with Eileen Zajac and Evelyne Cook. Both of them provided me with a lot of expertise and great tickets. WorldwideTicketcraft is very lucky to have 3 of the best employees I have ever had a chance to work with. Whoever taught them how to provide great customer service should tour the country training other staffs. My tickets are scheduled to arrive in a few days but I am very confident that we will be overjoyed with what we receive. I wanted to take a moment as a TicketCraft customer of 5 years to mention a few people I have worked with and let you know my satisfaction as a client. Five years ago I was new to the industry. Karon provided me with a quote, as did several other of your competitors. I’ll be honest, you had the best pricing, but besides that Karon was the only sales rep who followed up on a consistent basis and seemed genuinely concerned with my product. She helped me and gave pointers even before I signed with your company. Once I did, she held my hand and took me step by step through the process and went above and beyond. After that first season, it was a no brainer to stay with your company. Even after I left my position with that organization, the first thing I did when coming to Missouri was contact Karon and make sure TicketCraft would be our ticket book provider. She always follows through and makes my job easier. Once, she even met me in person and took me to lunch! She is an asset for your company and as a lifelong sales person, she meets my every need and I couldn’t ask for more. I may have worked with Debra before last season, but last year was my first recollection of working with her. What impresses me most is that every time I call her she is in the office and answering my questions. In the past it would take up to 48 hours to receive proofs of artwork and it seemed like a slow, long process. Not anymore. Debra has made me feel like your most important client and that goes a long way. She never seemed put off by my calls, or my requests for changes. She even brought her own good ideas to the table. A big thank you to Debra. I believe this is the 3rd or 4th season working with Monica. Possibly even all 5. When I asked Debra this season if I was going to have the pleasure of working with Monica, she said unfortunately no, Gina(?) was her partner in projects. Well, without saying anything else, next thing you know I am working with Monica. As always, she made the bar-coding project (possibly the hardest step in my opinion) as easy as all other steps. She made sure everything was proper, and always was calling me as opposed to waiting for me to call her. I would even get proofs on barcodes over the weekend which was a pleasant surprise. In summary, you have several employees helping your company succeed. These are 3 of the people I deal with, but I am sure there are many more behind the scenes helping with other aspects that do a great job and I have not had the pleasure to work with. - Mike F.

I just want to email you and let you know that Jerry Love has been wonderful. I do not know if you get many compliments or not, but he has been very thoughtful and helpful. My superior is no longer with us here in Pittsburgh, and I have taken on many new tasks and one of them was to change the look of our tickets. Jerry has been helpful and has worked hard to get the tickets to me As soon as possible. I also needed them very quickly and he told me 2 weeks but they got here in a week and a half, and although there was one mistake he has graciously helped me resolve the problem and I just want to let you know that I am very appreciative to be working with a great company and a great man like Jerry Love. Thank you.

I have worked with Worldwide/Ticketcraft over the past four years for our tickets, badges, and parking passes. The attention to detail that everyone I have been working with is incredible. They have worked with us to accommodate all of our changes, last minute requests, and made several recommendations to enhance the appearance of our products.
