Printer Repair Policy

In the event your printer should need repair, upgrade or reconfigured, complete the RMA Request Form (found here) or call our Printer Service Department at (877) 426.5754 to obtain an RMA number. Before contacting us, please have the following information available to assist our support staff in the repair of your equipment: model number, serial number and a detailed description of the fault or failure.

A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required for all equipment and materials returned to Worldwide Ticketcraft. Upon receipt of the RMA number, return the printer, freight and insurance prepaid. To insure proper warranty coverage, return the printer in its original container. If this is not possible, be sure the container used has an adequate amount of shock absorbing material around the printer to prevent any possible damage during shipping.

ANY PRINTER RETURNED TO THE WORLDWIDE TICKETCRAFT PRINTER SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZED RMA NUMBER WILL BE REJECTED.
