Worldwide Ticket Acquires TicketCraft

Worldwide Ticket announced the acquisition of TicketCraft at the International Ticketing Association (INTIX) 2006 Annual Trade Show in Boston, MA. INTIX is the leading trade organization of the ticketing industry and represents ticketing professionals in the United States and 33 countries around the globe.
Worldwide Ticket has completed the acquisition of the assets of TicketCraft, Inc. Effective immediately, both companies will be managed from the Worldwide Ticket headquarters in Deerfield Beach, Florida. TicketCraft will continue with sales and production operations at their Merrick, New York manufacturing facility. TicketCraft has been making tickets for the sports and entertainment industries for over 30 years. With sales in excess of 4 million dollars per year and over fifty employees, TicketCraft has been a leader in manufacturing a wide range of tickets.
