Luis began his technical career at B.A.S.S., a company that pioneered computerized ticketing in South Florida and was later purchased by Ticketmaster. He worked for Boca Systems in technical service for sixteen years and left to start his own company in Latin America, Tag Systems USA.
Luis is currently involved with the Worldwide Ticketcraft printer development team, sales and technical service, and continues to oversee his company in Latin America.
