Online Return Policy
Stock items are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase if found defective or damaged due to shipping.
If you have ordered an incorrect stock item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item. You are responsible for shipping for the new item and for the return of the incorrect item.
Items that are custom (ie. Any product with your organization name) will not be eligible for a refund unless we are at fault for producing an item different than what is listed on your invoice.
All returned "Off the Shelf" Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee up to $50. Custom orders cannot be restocked.

Chinese Raffle Tickets or Chinese Auction Tickets, also known as penny sales, penny socials, and tricky trays, combine the elements of a conventional auction with the chance of an everyday raffle. The basic concept has two parts: the "auction" phase and the "raffle" phase.
During the auction phase, bidders purchase as many tickets as they would like and place them in designated containers in front of the auction items as a "bid" or chance to win. At the conclusion of all bidding, a raffle is held where a winning ticket is drawn for each item. Participants may increase their chance of winning by bidding more tickets on one specific item.
Our tickets also have a door prize stub which allows another raffle for which only one ticket per sheet may be submitted giving everyone equal opportunity to win.
