Tax exempt organizations and resellers from Florida or New York will be asked to fax in their certificates after the purchase is complete and then be refunded.

Online Return Policy
Stock items are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase if found defective or damaged due to shipping.
If you have ordered an incorrect stock item, we will be happy to exchange it for the correct item. You are responsible for shipping for the new item and for the return of the incorrect item.
Items that are custom (ie. Any product with your organization name) will not be eligible for a refund unless we are at fault for producing an item different than what is listed on your invoice.
All returned "Off the Shelf" Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee up to $50. Custom orders cannot be restocked.
