Please save all Adobe InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop files to version CS4 before sending.
Please save all Quark files to version 7.5 before sending.
InDesign
Please supply a one-up version of your art in Adobe InDesign. Please include all images and graphic files, even if they are nested, placed or embedded within a program. Also include all fonts used in all files - printer fonts & screen fonts. The fonts must be stuffed or compressed in order for them to work via e-mail. NOTE: Multiple Master fonts are always a problem and rarely work.
- When placing linked photographs or logos, please decrease image size to the size being used
on your ticket. This will keep file size down and enable us to process your artwork faster.
QuarkXpress
Please supply a one-up version of your art in QuarkXpress. Please include all images and graphic
files, even if they are nested, placed, or embedded within a program. Also include all fonts used
in all files - printer fonts & screen fonts. The fonts must be stuffed in order for them to work via

Photoshop
All photoshop images must have a resolution of 300 dpi and placed at 100% for optimum results. We also insist you supply LAYERED FILES as this will
save you time and prevent you from sending files over again. Any art sent to us must have a hard
copy enclosed.

Illustrator
All support art (ie. linked images) should be attached independently along with your Illustrator
document. Please include all fonts or outline all fonts before sending.

Word Documents
Word (.doc) files should be used to forward text only. Any graphics should be sent as separate
files andshould not be embedded in Word documents.
FOIL STAMPING
All logos or text MUST be supplied as vector art. Variable information such as
date, day, time, price, section, row, seat and opponent CANNOT be done as white knockout
NOTE: Some logos that are sent in four-color process can be changed to a spot color logo. There may be an additional charge for this process.
