Michelle Caio was born, raised and still happily resides in Long Island, New York. With eight years of experience in ticket industry sales, her primary focus is providing excellent and personalized service, which she feels every client deserves. Michelle is very proud to have joined the Worldwide Ticket & Label team in 2005, where she believes in the company philosophy and takes pride in helping clients to make their events a memorable and outstanding success.

When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, her family and friends. Loves to travel, visit the theatre, the Hamptons of Long Island and fine wines.

Jackie Kotary was born and raised near Syracuse, NY and earned a Bachelor Degree in Music Technology/Entertainment Arts. After her first job in a box office at a performing arts center, she was hooked on ticketing. As a Box Office Manager, Jackie successfully opened three box offices from the ground up including Turning Stone Casino in NY, Thrasher-Horne Center for the Arts in Jacksonville, FL and the Blue Man Group at Universal Orlando Resort. Additionally, she has worked for Ticketmaster as the Eastern Regional Manager of Event Programming.

Jackie has been an active member of INTIX since 1999 and was nominated as Ticketing Professional of the year in 2001. She is currently serving as the President of the Florida Association of Ticketing (FLOAT). Jackie enjoys attending concerts (especially Barry Manilow) and proudly collects vintage tickets dating back to the early 1900's.

Jackie feels knowing the ticketing industry inside and out combined with a love of entertainment enables her to understand the needs of a venue. Her primary focus is on providing individualized service to each customer.

Matthew Wolff was born in Marlboro, NJ. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 and has been in South Florida since. When he isn’t working, you can usually find him involved with Sports and Entertainment, which is his passion. Matthew joined Worldwide Ticket & Label in 2004 with extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, including working for Monster.com. He is happy to help customers provide “great memories” through their tickets as he still has tickets from many of the events he has attended, including his first baseball game and concert.

Brian was born and raised in Massachusetts before relocating to Florida in August of 2000. Brian's background includes Sales and Production Management. Many of you may recognize him from Boca Systems where he began working in August of 2000 as an Account Representative, responsible for thermal ticket and printer sales. Brian joined the Worldwide team in October 2005. He is experienced in dealing with all aspects of thermal ticketing from sales to pre-press and production. His vast experience, knowledge and a "good old fashioned" customer service sense is what he's known for.

Bob is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and is a big Sooner sports fan. He met his wife, Deirdre, at OU and they were married shortly after graduation. After spending a couple of years in Oklahoma City, they decided to move to Seattle. They have also lived in California and Indiana before settling in West Palm Beach, Florida. They have two daughters, Erica and Amy.

Bob joined Worldwide Ticketcraft in March 2007 after spending most of his professional career in sales and marketing.

Marge has over 18 years of experience in ticketing and has worked with a variety of venues from high profile events to small festivals. She enjoys problem solving with customers and giving her all to make sure an order is complete. Marge and her husband reside in Petlauma, California and recently took a one year sabbatical to travel around the world. The countries, people, sites, and food were all amazing, but there is nothing like "home sweet home." She is a member of BAPTA (Bay Area ProfessionalTicketing Association) and is looking forward to connecting with her old customers and making new friends.

Pam comes to Worldwide Ticketcraft from Chicago, Illinois with a background in ticket printing that spans more than 10 years. Born and raised in Georgia, Pam attended West Georgia College and majored in Journalism with previous jobs including Customer Service Manager and Telecommunications. Her hobbies include reading a good book and appreciating all genres of music.

Tommy comes to Worldwide with over 40 years experience in the printing industry, starting as a teenager and taking only 2 years off to serve in the U S Military as an Air Traffic Controller. His knowledge expands into the production of the most detailed printing capabilities and how to produce product with high quality using the most cost effective methods, which we are able to pass along to our customers!

Tommy comes to us from Chicago, but spent most of his life in Georgia where he attended West Georgia College. He is married and has a son and 2 grandchildren.

Jerry Love was born by candlelight in New York City. Jerry, who has worked for Worldwide Ticket & Label since 1999, brings with him an extensive background working in the music industry. Jerry’s voice might be familiar to many; he served as a Disc Jockey syndicated to every major market in the United States. Jerry is a Grammy Award Producer for the musical group Living Colour’s “Vivid” album.

Jerry joined Worldwide Ticket & Label because he is able to infuse his passion for music and creativity into this industry. Equating tickets with music, Jerry noted they are memories to many people and should be treated with special care.

Robert joins Worldwide Ticketcraft with many years of experience in web design, corporate training, customer service, sales and pre press printing

He was born and raised in New York City and has lived in Northern NJ for the last 15 years with his wife Lori, son Richard and their 2 dogs Gabriel & Marnie. Robert has now relocated to Florida with the goal of assisting Worldwide Ticketcraft in its growth.

He is also a comic book collector, movie buff and enjoys sports, especially baseball and running daily. He looks forward to serving his clients with his professionalism and integrity.

Worldwide Ticketcraft added Luis to our team to head the printer repair program. Luis brings with him twenty-three years of experience specializing in ticket printer repair and service.

Luis began his technical career at B.A.S.S., a company that pioneered computerized ticketing in South Florida and was later purchased by Ticketmaster. He worked for Boca Systems in technical service for sixteen years and left to start his own company in Latin America, Tag Systems USA.

Luis is currently involved with the Worldwide Ticketcraft printer development team, sales and technical service, and continues to oversee his company in Latin America.

Mark A. Turner was born in St. Louis, Missouri and is a University of South Florida graduate.

When Mark joined Worldwide Ticket & Label in March of 2002, he brought over eighteen years of experience specializing in tickets, ticket printers and ticketing software. He began his career at Lasergate Systems, a company that pioneered barcoded ticket and wristband systems for the sports, entertainment, and transportation industries. Mark worked at Amusement Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and at Boca Systems as an Account Manager.

Evelyne has over 18 years experience working in the ticket business. Her technical knowledge in hard ticketing has helped many customers over the years. Erik has over fifteen years of experience working in the ticketing business. As Company President, he looks forward to the challenge of bringing new ideas to the ticket industry.
