Evelyne has over 18 years experience working in the ticket business. Her
technical knowledge in hard ticketing has helped many customers over the
years. She enjoys new challenges as they relate to hard or thermal tickets.
When she is not working you can find her at home with her husband Ilyas and
children, Emre (4) and Nisa (1).
Jerry Love: Sales Representative CO, CT, ND, MT, ID, AR
Jerry Love was born by candlelight in New York City. Jerry, who has worked for Worldwide Ticket & Label since 1999, brings with him an extensive background working in the music industry. Jerry’s voice might be familiar to many; he served as a Disc Jockey syndicated to every major market in the United States. Jerry is a Grammy Award Producer for the musical group Living Colour’s “Vivid” album.
Jerry joined Worldwide Ticket & Label because he is able to infuse his passion for music and creativity into this industry. Equating tickets with music, Jerry noted they are memories to many people and should be treated with special care.
Karon Deveraux: Sales Representative CA, WA, OR, HI, UT, AZ
Karon grew up in Michigan and also lived in the California bay area and in Phoenix and Las Vegas before settling in Washington State. She has lived in the Pacific Northwest outside of Seattle for the past 10 years where she became involved in the packaging and printing industry. She has 10 years sales experience in printing and packaging as well as related software sales. She has been in the ticketing industry for 6 years and joined the Worldwide Ticket & Label sales team in April of 2005.
Karon is a single mother and when she is not on the phone with customers you can find her out in the garage/studio working on her art, or at one of her teenage son’s sporting events.
Michelle Caio: Sales Representative OH, MA, MD, NH, RI, DC
Michelle Caio was born, raised and still happily resides in Long Island, New York. With eight years of experience in ticket industry sales, her primary focus is providing excellent and personalized service, which she feels every client deserves. Michelle is very proud to have joined the Worldwide Ticket & Label team in 2005, where she believes in the company philosophy and takes pride in helping clients to make their events a memorable and outstanding success.
When she is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, her family and friends. Loves to travel, visit the theatre, the Hamptons of Long Island and fine wines.
Matthew Wolff: Account Representative PA, NC, WI, MS, LA, NM
Matthew Wolff was born in Marlboro, NJ. He graduated from the University of Florida in 1998 and has been in South Florida since. When he isn’t working, you can usually find him involved with Sports and Entertainment, which is his passion. Matthew joined Worldwide Ticket & Label in 2004 with extensive experience in Sales & Marketing, including working for Monster.com. He is happy to help customers provide “great memories” through their tickets as he still has tickets from many of the events he has attended, including his first baseball game and concert.
Brian Rogers: Sales Representative TX, VA, NV, IN, KY, WV
Brian was born and raised in Massachusetts before relocating to Florida in
August of 2000. Brian's background includes Sales and Production Management.
Many of you may recognize him from Boca Systems where he began working in
August of 2000 as an Account Representative, responsible for thermal ticket
and printer sales. Brian joined the Worldwide team
in October 2005. He is experienced in dealing with all aspects of thermal
ticketing from sales to pre-press and production. His vast experience,
knowledge and a "good old fashioned" customer service sense is what he's
known for.
After hours, Brian can
usually be found spending time with friends and family. Brian resides in
Port St. Lucie, FL with his new bride and their 3 cats.
Rick Johnson: Sales Representative GA, FL, SC, DE, AL, MN
Rick has over 20 years experience in the custom printing business, 13 of those in the ticket printing industry. Originally from Michigan and a graduate of Central Michigan University, Rick resides in the Orlando, Florida area with his wife and 8 year old triplets. He enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his son’s little league baseball team.
He enjoys working with customers by designing tickets that will improve and streamline their operations.
Mark Turner: Director of Marketing and Advertising
Mark A. Turner was born in St. Louis, Missouri and is a University of South Florida graduate.
When Mark joined Worldwide Ticket & Label in March of 2002, he brought over eighteen years of experience specializing in tickets, ticket printers and ticketing software. He began his career at Lasergate Systems, a company that pioneered computerized ticketing systems for the entertainment and transportation industries. Mark worked at Amusement Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and at Boca Systems as an Account Manager.
Erik Covitz was born in Boston, MA and graduated Hofstra University with a degree in Business Management.
Erik has over fifteen years of experience working in the ticketing business. As Company President, he looks forward to the challenge of bringing new ideas to the ticket industry. He is a member of Rotary International, Kappa Delta Rho Fraternity and INTIX. Erik resides in Boca Raton, FL with wife Debbie and children Jessica (9) and Benjamin (6).
