Josephine was born in Queens, NY and grew up on Long Island where she resides with her two sons. Josephine was one of the original employees of TicketCraft, now Worldwide TicketCraft. Having over 25 years of experience in the customer service and ticketing industry enables her to guide her staff to service the customers with knowledge and expertise. She finds it continuously rewarding when she or one of her staff find new ways to enrich the customer service experience.
